Please remember NO MOBILE NETWORK is your friend and LOYALTY does not count. In most cases, the longer you stay with a network company the more they'll take your custom for granted and assume they can milk you dry. They are ALL in business to take your money and not to care for you. The distinguishing factor is that some mobile networks like EE, T-Mobile and Orange are extremely poor.

Yes, you may have had problems with some of the networks we will show you on the right as "EE Alternatives" but you'll probably find that NO network is as bad as the EE Frankenstein project. With them, you'll be provided with the worst EE service, the poorest EE signal and be exposed to sadistic customer representatives. So when choosing, ask yourself the following: -

  • Will I get value for money?
  • Will I be treated with the respect and gratitude I deserve?
  • Will my custom be valued?
  • Or will I get any mobile service at all? (Think of EE)

So on the balance of probability, you'll be better off to go with another network provider than stay with EE, T-Mobile or Orange.

We're not going to lie or beat around the bush. Most people had to switch networks at some point in their lives due to bad service or perhaps cheaper deals elsewhere until they find that one network that suits them.

Our advised is therefore to Leave EE as soon as possible because staying with them will cause you more harm than good. You're probably paying for services that you cannot make use of anyway. Switching networks is not only good for you but will also encourage competition. Try freeing yourself from subliminal TV adverts from big networks planting messages into your head. In fact, the worst is EE whom have had adverts banned by the Advertising Standards Authority because they were found to be misleading  customers.

There may be smaller networks that are not loud mouth yet provide an exceptional service. So when choosing a particular network, ask yourself

  • What is special about this network?
  • What are their strengths and weaknesses?
  • Do I really need a mobile upgrade?
    (
You can do without mobile upgrade and save yourself a fortune. This can be achieved taking a SIM only deals)
  • Do I really need to take out 24 month contract? (You can free yourself from long term commitment)
  • What do I use the phone for? (Business vs personal)
  • Where do I use it?
  • And what mobile services do I need?

You'll find in most circumstance you DON'T need long term commitment. If however you still think you'll need to upgrade and probably go with 24 month contract then please choose wisely. What may seem like a bargain could turn out to be complete nightmare like EE.

EE COMPLAINTS TIPS

Reduce mobile networks leverage over you by following EE Complaints guide on how to select an EE Alternative. These include the following:-

  • Always buy a Sim Only deal as oppose to Pay Monthly Phone contract
  • You can go for the 1 month rolling contract or even the 12 month Sim Only contract deals as long as you select a network with good customer service
  • Buy the handset outright if you can so you're free from the 24 month (2 year) contracts
  • If you can't afford buying the handset outright, perhaps because you're student, then make sure the selected mobile network has a good reputation unlike EE, T-Mobile or Orange
